Refund and Exchange Policy
Inside Egypt Only:

Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery:
You can check the design(s) upon delivery. In case the order is not suitable, you can return it on the spot with a courier delegate and pay only the shipping fees.

Return & Exchange:
According to our policy, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. In case of a refund, the amount will be returned using the original payment method; whether it was Instapay or online payment

Refund & Exchange Terms:
In case you request an exchange or refund after the courier has left, you can contact us and we will confirm the exchange or refund without additional shipping fees. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with the original packaging.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect or Order Error:
In case of a manufacturing defect or receive wrong design, after contacting us and confirming this is a defect or a wrong design; you can choose to return the item for a full refund or exchange it without any extra shipping fees.

For Customized Orders:
Each customized piece is specially made upon request; therefore, customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However; Refund or exchange for customized orders is only applicable in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Outside Egypt Orders:
Due to international shipping regulations and logistics; international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However; in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. All related shipping costs in such cases will be fully covered by us.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط:

فحص الطلب عند الاستلام:
يمكنكم فحص التصميم عند الاستلام و في حال انه غير مناسب, يمكنكم استرجاعه في الحال مع المندوب و دفع مصاريف الشحن

الاسترجاع والاستبدال:
وفقًا لسياساتنا، يمكنكم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب. و في حال الاسترجاع, سيتم استرجاع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع سواء كانت انستاباي او اونلاين

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال:
في حال طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب، سيتم بدون دفع رسوم الشحن مرة أخرى. و يجب ان تكون جميع التصميمات بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو تم ارتداؤها و بالتغليف الاصلي الخاصة بنا.

في حال وجود عيب صناعة أو خطأ في الطلب:
في حال وجود عيب صناعة أو استلام تصميم خطأ، بعد التواصل معنا و التأكد من الخطأ غير المقصود أو عيب الصناعة؛ يمكنك استبدال او استرجاع التصميم واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا دون أي مصاريف شحن.

القطع المصممة خصيصا:
يتم تنفيذ التصميمات خصيصًا بناءً على الطلب; لذلك فهي غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال. و لكن في حال وجود عيب صناعة أو استلام تصميم خطأ، بعد التواصل معنا و التأكد من الخطأ غير المقصود أو عيب الصناعة؛ يمكنك استبدال او استرجاع التصميم .

الاوردرات خارج مصر:
نظرًا لقوانين ولوائح الشحن الدولي; فإن الطلبات الدولية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال. و لكن في حال وجود عيب صناعة أو استلام تصميم خطأ، بعد التواصل معنا و التأكد من الخطأ غير المقصود أو عيب الصناعة؛ يمكنك استبدال او استرجاع التصميم واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا دون أي مصاريف شحن.
