Yes, our jewelry is made from high-quality 925 sterling silver, which is generally hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Pure silver is naturally hypoallergenic, and any rare reactions are typically due to individual skin sensitivity rather than the silver itself.
How do I know my ring size?
To determine your ring size, measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you comfortably and that you wear regularly. For the most accurate result, we recommend using a thin band ring, as wider rings may affect sizing. Compare your measurement with our ring size chart to find your correct size.
Do bracelets and necklaces come in different lengths?
Yes, our bracelets and necklaces are available in a variety of lengths to ensure the perfect fit for every wearer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Inside Egypt:
Fast Delivery designs: Usually delivered within 2–4 working days in Cairo & Giza, From 3-5 in Delta & Suez Canal areas, and from 7-10 working days in Upper Egypt, the Red Sea, and the North Coast, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.
Standard and custom made designs: Full payment is required when placing the order, and production typically takes 15–25 working days before shipping, after which delivery times apply depending on the destination. Once production has started, customized orders cannot be canceled or modified. As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations may occur.
Outside Egypt:
International orders require full payment before production begins: Delivery usually takes 30–35 working days for production and customs clearance. After dispatch, delivery takes 7–10 working days, excluding weekends and official holidays, depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary by country, and delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, or external factors are beyond our control.
